Another are working with a highly successful and commercially focused client based in Manchester in their search for a People Partner. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide broad generalist HR support business wide.  You will work closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure HR is delivered in line with the wider people strategy, driving engagement, performance and a positive learning culture.

The Role:

  • Working with key stakeholders to provide operational people partnering and support to enable improvements in business engagement and performance.
  • Provide accurate people data with appropriate analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of proactive HR initiatives, change programmes and projects – organisational development, talent management.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement and development of HR service provision across the business.
  • Lead and support on a range of employee relations matters — including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
  • Working with leadership teams and stakeholders to support and enable improvements in business area
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers to build confidence and capability
  • Contribute to shaping our people strategy, bringing ideas, feedback, and a learning mindset
  • Act as a trusted partner to line managers across the business

The skills we are looking for:

  • Proved background of working as a HR background with a proven track record of delivering either a HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner ideally gained in a fast paced commercial business
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent (happy to support ongoing development)
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law with experience of managing complex cases
  • Experience of providing business partnering and project support.
  • Ability to successfully manage change and deal with ambiguity whilst being solutions focused
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
