Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home) 

At Another they are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to work in a fast-paced growing organisation.  You will provide a comprehensive recruitment management service and actively contribute to delivering an effective and efficient talent acquisition function. You will line manage a large recruitment team, providing them with guided mentoring and development.

  • Leading and managing the recruitment team and function business wide. Providing ongoing support, coaching and development to the team
  • With the support of Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Administrators, you will advise hiring managers on the full recruitment cycle, including identifying the recruitment needs, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date, evaluating job roles, advising on the best methods of selection for roles and interviewing techniques through to appointing the best candidate for the role.
  • Support the development of key stakeholders who have responsibility for recruitment to ensure a high standard and consistent delivery.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements before advising on appropriate advertising and marketing vacancies and facilitating these through to completion.
  • Professional lead offering advice, guidance and support to hiring managers across the business in order to pursue creative and effective recruitment solutions.
  • You will create, review and evaluate job descriptions and person specifications for all roles ensuring consistency
  • Working with the marketing team, you will ensure the brand message and EVP are aligned across all talent acquisition materials.  You will work closely with their marketing, brand and content team to ensure that they are making best use of opportunities to attract the best people.
  • Ensuring ED&I is consistent in all areas of attracting talent into the business.
  • Be a strategic partner in workforce planning and understanding current and future recruitment needs business wide
  • Evaluating the recruitment process, creating efficiencies and making improvements where necessary.
  • Produce hiring metrics that contribute to supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process and function.
  • Promote the brand through internal and external recruitment activities, including career fairs and events, universities, networking, LinkedIn and broader social media as appropriate.
  • Managing the PSL, you will liaise with external recruitment agencies and other external partners (job centres, etc) as appropriate to the specific opportunities available.
  • You will collaborate with other key partners to ensure that recruitment developments and changes in legislation are shared and best practice is disseminated effectively, providing training to colleagues where required.
  • Working with the wider talent teams you will contribute to continuous improvement of the ATS and recruitment processes
  • Review recruitment templates and assessment materials.
  • You will provide regular updates and reports to the wider HR teams, identifying any trends, analysis of data and opportunities for development.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience of operating as an internal recruitment manager within a large complex matrix business, ideally unionised
  • Previous experience of managing and developing a large team
  • Experience of volume hiring is essential as well as delivering specialist niche roles and entry level business wide.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, recruitment processes and best practice
  • Previous experience of building internal and external brand whilst enhancing service delivery business wide – EVP, careers website, branding, ATS
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience of process improvement and strengthening the utilisation of an ATS
  • Highly self-motivated, professional and have exceptional time management and organisation skills.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills
