At Another Recruitment we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a well established organisation in North Yorkshire. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be required to support your business areas and in addition work alongside the wider HR Partnering team to drive organisational change, people planning and enable continuous improvement. You will take the lead on key people projects to support the delivery of strategic priorities. In addition, you will be required to deliver a proactive service that adds value and delivers effective business-focussed HR solutions. The Role:
- Partner with the wider HR people team in addressing complex employee relations issues, coaching colleagues as appropriate.
- Have oversight of the employee relations climate and case load for your client base, shaping solutions to address how this impacts business performance.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of change and transformation processes working closely with the business on improvements across leadership effectiveness, wellbeing, organisation design and development; employee engagement; performance and talent management; as well as capacity planning including succession and capability. You will also champion importance of engaging leaders and employees in the change.
- Translate business requirements into prioritised specific people plans in line with business objectives
- Help the business understand it’s priorities through effective insight and expertise across the whole people life cycle.
- Provide business partnering with key stakeholders and proactively understand and evaluate how the people team respond business wide
- Evaluate and measure the wider people services delivery against KPI’s and ensure recommendations can be made through collaboration which continue to improve service delivery.
- You will provide healthy challenge, coaching and support to help leaders improve capability and capacity within their business area.
- Supporting the wider people centre of excellence teams with ad hock projects as and when required
Skills we are looking for:
- MCIPD qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience of operating within a strategic HR Business Partnering role within a large complex matrix structure
- Experience of facilitating successful organisational change as well as successful delivery of people initiatives that lead to improvements in service delivery.
- Excellent influencing and coaching skills across a broad range of stakeholders
- Must have the ability to deliver multiple activities simultaneously, ensuring a timely delivery
- Highly pragmatic and commercial. providing solutions and making risk measured decisions
- An ability to analyse, research and translate HR metrics in a straightforward yet impactive way.
- A solid understanding of UK employment law
