At Another we are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a large established business in North Yorkshire for a period of 12 months.&nbsp; Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of HR generalist activities whilst driving the HR agenda alongside the wider HR team. This is an exciting role, working within a fast-paced environment across a region.</span></span><br>

<ul>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across multiple sites on all HR policies, practices and procedures. </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Work with managers and stakeholders to provide advice and support with all people related issues &ndash; including managing complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, policy and pensions etc </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Maintain up to date knowledge of current and impending legislation and case law, identifying and addressing any impact on policies and procedures </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Providing leadership, coaching and professional development to HR Advisors </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Working with the wider HR team to support on HR projects appropriately, these could range from restructuring, systems, reward &amp; benefits, health and wellbeing etc</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Ensure employee absenteeism is monitored and reported monthly and any issues are dealt with at the earliest opportunity.</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Provide a high-quality service and act as a trusted HR Advisor whilst building credible stakeholder relationships</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Analysing data and service level agreements, identifying gaps and making suggestions for improvements </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Providing coaching and development for managers, helping them to improve capability to manage and foster a high performing culture</span></span></li>

<p>This opportunity is for an experienced hr professional who has delivered across all aspects of HR.&nbsp; You will need to be solutions focused and happy to work in an environment where business priorities will shift and change.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><b>The Role</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Provide a high-quality first line hr advise and guidance, acting&nbsp;as a trusted HR Advisor whilst building credible stakeholder relationships.</li>
	<li>Reviewing and implementing&nbsp;HR policies and processors to ensure they are in line with the wide HR people plan.</li>
	<li>Supporting the wider HR team to ensure that upskilling of managers and stakeholders on HR policy and process is delivered.</li>
	<li>Optimising the ability to provide meaningful HR data for the businesses</li>
	<li>Working with the wider HR team to deliver on HR initiatives and&nbsp;projects</li>
	<li>Coach and provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across all employee relation case management issues, escalating to the HR Manager as and when necessary.</li>
	<li>Provide HR administrative support as an when required -&nbsp;providing efficient HR administration,&nbsp;continually developing, managing and reviewing processes and procedures</li>
	<li>Collate, monitor and provide advise on HR management information, along with sickness absence records and initiating the sickness absence management process and procedures</li>

<p><b>Skills required </b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards</li>
	<li>Proven experience of working as a generalist HR Advisor in a large matrix business</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law and managing ER cases</li>
	<li>Strong experience of building relationships and managing stakeholder</li>
	<li>Confident with IT systems, Microsoft Office, HR systems</li>
	<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>
	<li>Proven experience of being pragmatic and solutions focused whilst delivering change and creating efficiencies</li>
